Comprehensive Intestinal Regeneration Programme

A comprehensive gut restoration programme known as the Total Gut Restoration System or 3R.

The process of intestinal regeneration begins with probiotic therapy using one of two preparations: MegaSporeBiotic™ or MegaSporeBiotic Plus™ (enriched with antioxidants).

STEP 1 RECONDITION – restoring balance

MegaSporeBiotic™ is a probiotic containing 100% viable bacterial endospores with a broad spectrum of activity and clinically proven efficacy. It reduces intestinal dysbiosis by up to 60% in just 30 days. It modifies the gut environment by supporting microbial diversity, promoting the growth of key commensal bacteria, limiting populations of potentially pathogenic bacteria, and modulating the immune response.

The two-phase life cycle of Bacillus spores enables them to remain dormant in the harsh conditions of the human stomach and to become active in the more favourable intestinal environment, where they begin a temporary colonisation and the process of intestinal repair.

Published scientific studies show that the spores contained in MegaSporeBiotic™reduce the amount of LPS endotoxin circulating in the blood, which causes chronic low-grade inflammation linked to many metabolic and cardiovascular diseases, as well as neurodegenerative conditions and depression.

Unlike conventional probiotics, MegaSporeBiotic™ is highly resistant to temperature fluctuations and does not need to be kept in the fridge.

STEP 2: REINFORCE – reinforcing positive changes

After a month of taking the probiotic, we introduce the prebiotic.

MegaPre™ is the second step in the TGR programme and the first precision prebiotic on the market consisting of clinically tested non-digestible oligosaccharides. It selectively feeds beneficial bacteria such as Akkermansia muciniphila, Faecalibacterium prausnitzii and Bifidobacteria, whose metabolites (including short-chain fatty acids) support our health.

MegaPre™ ENHANCES the beneficial changes induced by MegaSporeBiotic™ to promote a robust and diverse microbiome.

STEP 3: REBUILD – restoring the intestinal barrier

Next month, following on from the probiotic and prebiotic, we’ll be adding an intestinal regenerator to our daily routine.

When the protective layer of the intestinal mucosa becomes compromised, toxins and other harmful particles enter the bloodstream.

MegaMucosa™ is the first comprehensive supplement designed to support the mucous membrane, created to RESTORE a healthy intestinal barrier.

MegaMucosa contains high doses of amino acids that are essential for gut health, as well as a blend of bioflavonoids that support microbial diversity, reduce inflammation and alleviate barrier dysfunction, also known as ‘leaky gut syndrome’.
