What makes MegaPre - Precision Prebiotic stand out?

Akkermansia muciniphila – plays a significant role in metabolism and helps maintain a healthy body weight; a deficiency of this bacterium is observed in overweight individuals and those with conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, liver disease and inflammatory bowel disease.

Bifidobacteria – their multifaceted action leads, amongst other things, to increased production of butyric acid in the gut – a key component that supports the integrity of the intestinal barrier, reduces the inflammatory response, and regulates metabolism and the functioning of the central nervous system

Faecalibacterium prausnitzii – increases the production of butyric acid, which improves the functioning of the gut microbiome and enhances the integrity of the intestinal mucosa.

Prebiotics are fibres that are not digested by humans and which feed the bacteria that make up our microbiota. Most prebiotics available on the market do not act selectively, feeding commensal, symbiotic and pathogenic bacterial strains alike, which may consequently exacerbate gut problems.

Adults and children aged 2 years and over:

Week 1: 3 capsules daily (with a meal or on an empty stomach)

Week 2 onwards: 6 capsules daily (with a meal or on an empty stomach)

The capsule may be opened and its contents dissolved in water or juice.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Plant fibres containing:

  • fructooligosaccharides derived from GMO-free kiwi fruit
  • xylooligosaccharides derived from GMO-free maize cobs
  • galacto-oligosaccharides derived from cow’s milk free from rBST (recombinant bovine growth hormone)

Active ingredients: galacto-oligosaccharides (Bimuno®), powdered extract of golden and green kiwi (Livaux®, ACTAZIN®), organic xylo-oligosaccharides (PreticX®).

Other ingredients: coating (water, cellulose), microcellulose (filler), magnesium stearate, silica (anti-caking agents).

Manufactured in the USA.

This product contains ingredients derived from cow’s milk. It is not recommended for people with an allergy to cow’s milk proteins.

People with lactose intolerance may use the product after consulting a doctor or therapist.

Moj pacjent ma alergię na mleko i kukurydzę. Czy może więc używać MegaPre?

MegaPreBiotic™ zawiera własną mieszankę błonnika funkcjonalnego, który selektywnie karmi kluczowe bakterie. Ta unikalna mieszanka składa się z klinicznie testowanych niestrawialnych oligosacharydów, pochodzących z wolnych od GMO kiwi zielonych i złotych, kolby kukurydzy i mleka krowy wolnego od rBST. Dodatkowy komentarz od Aicacai Young, Dyrektora ds. Spraw Naukowych w Microbiome Labs: Prebiotyk tak naprawdę nie zawiera mleka ani kukurydzy, dlatego na etykiecie nie zostało to wyraźniej wskazane. Zawiera oligosacharydy pochodzące z laktozy (cukru zawartego w mleku) i kolby kukurydzy. Alergia na mleko jest reakcją na białka w mleku (serwatka, kazeina, beta-laktoglobulina), a nie na węglowodany znajdujące się w tych produktach. Ten produkt zawiera wyłącznie węglowodany z różnych źródeł. Dostawca galakto-oligosacharydu (GOS) stwierdził, że GOS pochodzący z laktozy faktycznie poprawia zdolność organizmu do trawienia laktozy, a więc zmniejsza nietolerancję laktozy (która nie jest ani nadwrażliwością, ani alergią - a niedoborem enzymu laktazy).
