Omega-3 is a dietary supplement in the form of soft capsules containing as much as 2000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA) per daily dose. It has also been enriched with rosemary extract and vitamin E.

How do Omega-3 capsules work?
The omega-3 fatty acids EPA, DHA and DPA are essential nutrients that support cell health throughout the body.
Omega-3s have a wide range of benefits: from modulating the microbiome and immune system, through protecting the heart, brain and eyes, to supporting the skin and the intestinal barrier.
Norsan uses small marine fish such as sardines, anchovies and mackerel to produce its Omega-3 capsules. These are caught sustainably (Friends of the Sea certified).
IFOS certification confirms that the omega-3 supplement has been tested by an independent laboratory for quality, purity and safety. This means the product meets very stringent standards regarding heavy metal, dioxin and PCB content, fat oxidation levels, and the actual amount of EPA and DHA declared on the label.
In NORSAN Omega-3 capsules, the oil is present in the natural form of triglycerides, which ensures high bioavailability, safety and stability.
NORSAN Omega-3 capsules have a TOTOX index of 8–12, which indicates a very low degree of oil oxidation. In practice, this means that the oil is fresh, stable and retains its health-promoting properties. By way of comparison, the permissible limit is up to 26, so a value of 9 indicates very high-quality raw material and high production standards.

4 capsules a day, taken with or after a meal. One daily dose contains 1500 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 707 mg of EPA and 368 mg of DHA.
Fish oil (70.8%), gelatine (capsule shell),
glycerol (humectant), rosemary extract (antioxidant), vitamin E (mixed tocopherols), lemon oil.
