A world-renowned microbiologist
Kiran Krishnan is a microbiologist who has been involved in the dietary supplements and nutrition sector for 17 years. He has a strong background in research and spent many years working in the Department of Molecular Medicine and Microbiology at the University of Iowa. He left the university to take up the position of Head of Business and Product Development at Amano Enzyme, USA, which is one of the world’s largest suppliers of therapeutic enzymes used in the dietary supplement and pharmaceutical industries in North America. Kiran also founded a research organisation, through which he designed and conducted dozens of clinical trials related to human nutrition.
